Each side rolls for initiative, using 1d16
The side that wins the initiative acts first:
Morale Check(monsters and non-player characters only)
Movement(using speed per round), including Defensive Maneuvers
Missle fire combat (additional)
Choose targets
Make Hit Rolls
Roll Damage for hits
Magic spells
Choose targets
Make Saving Throws if neccesary
Apply results immediately
Hand-to-Hand combat
Choose targets
Make Hit Rolls
Roll Damage for hits
The side that loses the intiative then completes all steps given above.
DM handles all retaining, surrender and other speacial results.
